The scarifier is a replaceable working device with crushing and loosening functions. It is divided into excavator scarifier and bulldozer scarifier. The excavator scarifier is also called a bucket hook, and the bulldozer scarifier is also called a tail hook. It is generally single tooth, but there are also two or three teeth, which have strong excavation cutting force. A integrally cast loose soil tooth with ear holes on the upper part, hinged to the bucket rod and bucket cylinder respectively. The tooth tip has a hard alloy welded tooth cap at the front end. When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends, the tooth tip is forced to insert and flip the soil. Used for excavating cracked rocks, breaking frozen soil, and also for excavating asphalt pavement. Suitable for crushing and splitting hard soil, sub hard rocks, and wind fossils, for easy excavation and loading operations with a bucket.
